A: We offer a 30 day warranty on all repairs (software & hardware) that does not include replacement hardware. All replacement and new hardware (including new computers) comes with a one year warranty.

A: Yes. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting can be performed on site.

A: Yes. We support products that were purchased from other manufactures and businesses.
